Nag briskwalk ko from the mall to our home last night,
midway I noticed an excruciating pain sa back Morag
gikumot Apil sa rib cage nako so ni hinay ko lakaw but
when I reached home, nisubside ang pain.

Prior to my walk, I did a pre-walk from our home to the
mall then did 30-minute Zumba nya briskwalk ko afterwards.
