that's what i thought... murag kato sila dugay2 na jud to sila and they just had there appraisal sa current company nila so gigamyan sila and declined... if for starters dako jud cya but if dugay naka sa imo previous company medyo mao2 ra.. sa ako mao2 rman actually ang sweldo nako sa current job nako but i took it bec. it's a back office so okay ra... hehehe

agree.. sa ako na case, back ofis ra jd experience nko.. i was from the BIGGEST BPO and PIONEERING BPO sa cebu, pro so far an QBE ra an dako dako na starting offer sa back ofis na work.. back ofis s back ofis.. magtanga tanga ra ug mag Istorya panagsahay haha!
