I went to stream office this morning and I asked Russell about the training for DELL account, chat support, and unfortunately he told me that the client pulled out and didnt push through the training. I was really disappointed of how they told me the bad news, they should have told me ahead of time, so I wouldn't expect for the position to be mine.. the fact that they haven't informed me or called me about this one. this is really a turn off to the company. another bad experience with the HR. I dont wanna go through all this. If I didnt drop by at the HR, I wouldn't have known this information. really a bad experience. and they told me to put me thru a customer service account. I am thru with it. better luck next time.
i think na puno na ang Dell... depende mn gud na sa availability sa staffing.. gi kuha nlng unta nimo ang CS, pero im not sure kng trabaho jud ba imo pangita or Dell jud imo ganahan...
dili man gud sir.I am just tired of customer service, I done with it. been customer service/techsupport sa cvg. unya kapoy kaayo... na trauma ko... naay selling pa jud. kapoy ang mga irate customers. unlike sa tech support like more than half of them dili jud irate. I like tech sup jud sir... thats why i am currently looking for another option.. hopefully ma address ni sa taga HR og ma kabalo sila about aning ilang BACKLOG.
kulita lang cla sir about sa imo intent na mpa tech support...kay basin mag kalit lang open ang Xbox...
