Guys, share ko lang.. im from Iloilo.... like cebu we have our own festival para kay Sto.Nino.... Sinulog dri sa Cebu, Ati-Atihan sa Kalibo (same day sila ng Sinulog) and sa Iloilo - Dinagyang Festival. nag leave ko para ka uli ko and mka kuha photographers ID so that I can shoot anywhere. lahi ang rules nila.... first time unta nako... check nyo ang guidelines sa kani na site - http://www.dinagyangsailoilo.com/med...t%202012_A.pdf

last 2009 ni apil ko 500 ang fee, pag 2010 750... pag 2011 ni hunong naku samot pa karun ky 1k na! negosyo naman ni nila oi!!! mahal gasolina pa print sa ID!? heck!!!
