    In my opinion, Wing Chun
(disregarding physical conditioning which I also agree is a BIG part. I'm just focusing on the art.)

Real fights don't usually happen in open areas and even terrain where there are lots of space to maneuver. And most of the time, u usually have more than one opponent to deal with. You need to hit hard, hit fast and targeting focal points in the body that are the fastest/easiest to reach, namely the the eyes, the nose da throat and the groin. All without the formality of taking a stance. Unahan na lang.

I'm sure sum will disagree with me wen I say that hand speed is faster than any kick any Taekwondo Jin could deliver, but like I've said, some terrains could hamper mobility (e.g. slippery floor, sa isang eskinita na maliit o maraming naka kalat sa paligid, etc.) that could basically prevent a Jin from executing his kicks properly.

As for fighting on the ground, well, if ur hand speed is enough, u won't go there. If u do go to the ground with a mult. opponents, ur good as dead.

Tayo pa namang Pilipino, mahilig tumawag ng mga kakampi. Lalo na pag resbak.
Had an American friend dati. Welcome to a 3rd world country

    My 2 cents.

Unlike many other martial arts, there are neither a series of rules nor classification of techniques which constitutes a distinct jeet kune do (jkd) method of fighting. Jkd is unbound; jkd is freedom. It possesses everything, yet in itself is possessed by nothing. He thought that most martial arts (during his time) was very mechanical or numeric (like katas in karate). "use no way as a way, no limitation as a limitation."... It's a formless form, therfore adoptive to any style. The total picture lee wanted to present to his pupils was that above everything else, the puplils must find their own way to truth. He never hesitated to say, 'your truth is not my truth; my truth is not yours'.

Out of frustration ni Bruce sa kung-fu kay dili na man mo-tiwas og tudlo iyang master didto sa Hongkong, nag imbento na lang siya og Jeet Kune Do. Pero i believe Bruce is a great martial arts thinker and practitioner.

Ang mga tagalog lang marunong nito. Ang Cebuano kahit saan kayang lumaban mag-isa, basta walang kasalanan!
