hmm.. I didn't exactly say na "forbidden ang pechay". What i said is to be careful if always pechay nalang imo gipa-eat sa ilaha due to threat of goiter from species Brassica oleracea.

Feed all the leafy greens,grapes,squash,strawberries, they need leafy greens Romaine, Butter lettuce. (Iceberg and cabbage are bad for them, any other leafy greens will do) for vitamin A that they need at least 3 to 4 times a week."

For instance, cabbage is often forbidden because of the high goitrogen content. If you fed your turtle nothing but cabbage, and never let it have iodine in any other form, the turtle could indeed develop kidney problems and goiter. So just use cabbage as one of the many item on the menu, and provide cuttlebone for the iodine replacement. Rather than avoiding perfectly fine, nutritious foods such as spinach or broccoli, we should use everything in moderation. And always keep calcium available in a separate form (such as cuttlebone.)

Severely overweight chelonians may actually have fat bulging out around the armpits and groin. This is unhealthy, as well. Rarely, a chelonian may develop goiter (a type of thyroid disease from lack of iodine) from a diet of almost exclusive cabbage.

..so the key statement here is "exclusive feeding of cabbage without source for iodine replacement like cuttle bone"..

naka-try na si ki ana bai.. gi-dis-able sa admin ang kana nga option.. pwedi man na nila ma-disable.. based sa amo diria ang option ana is like "Allow author to change title?" -check or uncheck..
