Yes ko sa RH bill. It is what i believe .(Period)
Yes
No
I believe that RA 9710(Magna Carta for Women) is sufficient already but sad to note that it's not yet fully implemented. Sec. 17 of Magna Carta covers 80% of the RH bill minus the portion making contraceptives as an essential medicine.. Mao ni ilang ginapush pag-ayo ang RH bill because of the Millennium Development Goal that requires the RH measure.. If RH bill will become a law, sure money na ni sa Pharmaceutical Companies sa aiding countries kay part na man sa atong budget..
We have many good laws but we proper implementation is very poor.. Allocating a huge budget in purchasing contraceptives will surely affect some of the basic services like education.. Gipadako pa man gani pag-ayo ang budget sa CCT nga ang madawat sa recipient 500 ra then ang gipapirmahan is 1000 kunu(this is onhand information sa among silingan nga beneficiary ani)..

I am in favor of this bill. And these people kay katong daghan og anak, walay trabaho og mga batan-on nga sayo nangamabdos (I don't need stats for this one since it's obvious). It's not endorsing people to have s**, by the way. Educating them is more like helping them to have better lives.
To the bigoted conservatives using the slippery slope logic:
Spoiler!
