As long as naay papers to operate wy not , tutal kung negosyo ang storyahan its open for everyone man pod . The point here is for the people involved in the industry where they can avail benefits .

do u think walay illegal prostitution happening in establishments such as Jaguar, Club Harlem, Goldfinger, Arena, etc.? mao ni mga BAKERY mga pre nga illegal ang pan kan-on. kung baga, FOR-YOUR-EYES-ONLY nga pan ra unta. and one way to stop illegal prostitution is legalizing it in these establishments...

now, whether gov't officials will invest in a business like these, walay mka pugong. we are in a free enterprise democracy. competition is a must. but as gov't workers and politically inclined as they are, dili na sayon himuon kay ma apektaran ilaha image.

Just like Peter Lim for example.

let me cite a common scenario: u r an adult and goes inside a bar asking for a VIP room. of course, mag striptease nude gyud na ang dancer. instead of risking one for a raid by the police, mas kampante ka ky legal man. well, if u r married, the risk of getting the ire from your wife is another story...another legal matter napud na...hehe

ok ra nang for your eyes only....
