Gwyn, pila nalang kaha ka months ako huwaton for my greencard? Kebaw ka? Kay mouli lagi ko. File naman sad unta ko ug advance parole pero naabot man ako fingerprinting appointment, wala nalang. Expired naman gud to akong last nga advance parole. Mamista unta ko sa amo sa compostela July. Hehe.

sis naa man puede ka check case status online....with your application number makita nimo unsa na status....naa sad site where ma check nimo what application dates na ilang gi process (per application centers)...kabalo ka ani? let me know kay ako to pangitaon ang website and share with you if needed....morag apiki na july sis oi.....advance parole na lang imong sure nga pag asa kon mo apas jud ka sa pista!

jugs when you first apply for greencard...mao na ilang ihatag una... conditional greencard....nya after 2 years apply ka balik to remove the conditional approval....gi butang ni nila lately aron pag double check kon legal ba jud ang marriage and the couple are still together after a couple of years....kay na uso man na ug ayo sa una ang marriage for convenience para maka greencard ang "alien"....

after the fingerprinting....hopefully molusot na ang "advance parole" - permit to travel while waiting for greencard....and EAD (employment authorization document - aron ka trabaho) ...nya after awhile ang conditional greencard dayon....then mao tong akong ingon 2 years later permanent residency na....nya 3 years man siguro puede na apply for citizenship.....

grabe ko naka research about ani bro...wa man mi mo gamit ug immigration lawyer....ako man nangunay ug compile sa tanan documents ....kuti sad oi.....so if naa mo question about petitioning a relative etc etc......naa ko website ika recommend ninyo....just let me know....
