no chance kay according to samsung kulang ang internal memory sa spica for froyo..but you can always root it para you can get the best of the official 2.2 update.. Originally Posted by cinderrella911

Pero ang Optimus One kay 170mb ra ang internal pero naka 2.2 na. Bacn wala na time ang samsung to update the spica to froyo.

I think you're all referring to the phone's RAM.
The internal mem I mentioned above would probably be not applicable with the argument.
Can't find the RAM spec for both phones.

RAM for the spica is 128mb only while the P500 is 512mb(dunno if this is true but i read it somewhere)..but junmar4 is very right,samsung is just too darn lazy to make the necessary drivers so that 2.2 will run on the spica..why can i say this?because how come if you root your phone and install the necessary mods made by fellow spica owners the phone can actually gain what an official 2.2 update can give the phone..SAMSUNG JUST CARES ABOUT THEIR GALAXY S Model kay mahalon man and they get more revenue from it..
but until the LG P500 gets an official update or root,it doesn't support Flash even if its 2.2..thats one big letdown..

sayanga pud wala na chance uprgrade to froyo ang spica... i wanted to root my spica.. but hadlok ko maguba ako phone.. heheh saun nlng.. currently running 2.1(sa samsung store nako gpa upgrade)..
