    obviously if nagpaclear ka meaning mana pud kag exit interview diba and ni pass sa items? im not sure with the process of Q pero sa amoa sauna before nila iclear imong record or provide you with a cert of employment/clearance kelangan mainterview ka with your HR. why man magpainterview man ka? para sa COE/clearance? For other reasons i think doing the exit interview is useless.

    actually, wala sa labor code ang suspension of employee unless naay special permission or approval from DOLE. it's either taktakon or iterm jud ang employee or ibutang sa manual/code of conduct sa company with DOLE's approval na sanction for suspension if they will commit grave mistakes.
