The bible is a book that have caused major chaos in Christendom: the great schism,Martin Luther vs the Caholic church, Jesuits vs the reformers, Calvinist vs Armenians...etc. etc..People died in these events, The Catholic Church went after the infidels and killed them all in the name of so called DOCTRINAL PURITY. See the bible can also a platform for breeding EXTREMISM.

Its the act that they have committed, and the act that they are willing to commit in the NAME OF ALLAH that he means and not the numbers. i am talking about today, now, in this day and age. my church has already humbly apologized for the abuses and violence committed by church adherents in the name of the true God done hundreds of years ago. that is a whole lot more than i can say for your imams and mufti's whose reaction to your islamists excesses and abuses could even be construed as muted mirth !

in this day and age, today, not hundreds of years ago, only the faithful of islam are committing crimes against humanity using their faith. i have yet to hear any catholic clergy urging their faithful to kill non-believers of the catholic faith.

i do not argue that instances of violence are not present in our bible because there are but we the catholic faithful are instead urged by our church leaders to love our neighbors as ourselves. in contrast to islam's clergy who urge and bless their lesser jihadists to destroy those whom they consider infidels.
