whining, ranting, complaining is not always negative. we complain to get the right service/management that we deserve.
for instance, the company deducted you 2K coz it's losing funds or they will not give you the incentives that was in the contract coz they just don't want to give it for a reason, wouldn't you rant and complain about it? Will you still try to understand them and just embrace the unfortunate event? if the management will overtax you and will not pay your overtime hours will you not complain about it? Kalurki ha.
and you compare the companies you work with so you will differentiate and you can determine if you've already landed in a better and not worse company/management. you need a career and brighter future. i bet no one wants to land on a worse company.

tumbling ko anang "basta sweldoan og minimum no more complaining" if you are promoted to a higher post, of course the responsibilities, frustrations, stress will also increase exponentially. would you still accept a minimum rate and will not complain? Don't you think there's something wrong na with your senses? i bet you'd rather find another job than be numb and say you are ok with the minimum rate.
we are not hypocrites and we are not that rich to say we don't need money and extra pay. we work hard and abide the rules so eventually, soon, we will be promoted and will have a better pay and better future.
