Yup there is. Just got my bill and they charged me sa akong gi download...

i never get charged outside of globe na site, when i had only P4 sa akong load,wla gyud ma hurot for more than 5 days, ga sigi nalang ko ug download sa GPRS ug mga tones ug wallpapers

if you're downloading from a free site... of course they don't charge you.

I downloaded my wallpapers and tones at globe... so, they charge me.

pa ngwarta gyud ni ang globe,im still speculating nga dugay pani dli na free ang gprs kay its not a 100% connect and download all the time. dagahan kaayo mo reclamo ani

hahaha, tama la st@rr, bad in service... cant understand nga yung g plan nila, coz i got a g talk+ then malaki nga ang free calls almost 350 mins pero di naman ata effective ang calls ko, they even charge me ng malaki....

GPRS MODEM IS ALSO FREE!!! akong gi gamit ang SIM card sa akong dad,nga 4 pesos nalang ang load. and i was able to download more than almost 100MN worth of files.. FREE AND INTERNET GPRS!!!

I just got billed 2,000 Pesos for Interent over GPRS usage.

Again I reiterate, WAP over GPRS is free, but they will charge you when downloading from Tones and Pics from the GLobe Wap Site. If you download from other sites then most likely they will be free unless stiplulated.

For the Internet Over GPRS, they do charge for regular lines. I do say regular lines bec I have heard instances about the Prepaids that they can sometimes get through. Internet Over Gprs is when you use your phone's GPRS to connect you laptop or PDA to the internet. There is no way you can use the internet over GPRS connection on your phone alone unless you have the SE P800, Palm Tungsten W or any othe Phone/PDA combo, So you do not need to worry about accidently using the Internet over GPRS connection.
