keep safe guys, as of latest JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), central visayas is in direct path of Hagupit.
Latest from JMA says:
Wind Speed near center is 80knots (148KPH), Maximum Wind Gust is 115Knots (roughly 213KPH)

one thing that the system failed after yolanda is that the first responder are also the victim... it should be noted that the first responder should not be in the epicenter but it should in a safe but close distance where they can actually respond.... no matter how we are prepared as long as most of us will still be used to "Ok lang lilipas din to" mentallity... we are repeating history it self... again and again... resilience is a good character... but if its keeps repeating... then thats not resilience thats stupidity
