Naabot paman og subra 20gig akoa before na ingon ani. Naa ra cguroy time untill masakpan gud bah mohinay. Tyming2x ra guro ni.

Smart LTE internet very slow October 2014
My Smart LTE connection is very slow the past 2 weeks. I went to the smart store in SM Cebu and the tech said that the problem is NOT data caps. He said the problem is due to technical problems with the network. He stated he was not at liberty to discuss what are those technical problems. He was unable to give me a timeframe as to when the "technical difficulties" would be corrected. He stated that all Smart LTE users were suffering the same slow rates and that there had been many complaints. I offered to pay more money or join a post paid plan if that would help improve my service. He stated that the slow internet was systemic and affects both prepaid and postpaid customers. In short, nothing to do except wait it out and hope those Techs no what they are doing...and hope that the problem is fixable. Frank
