Looking for a wedding gown designer 15-20 k , any suggestions for a elegant wedding gown for beach wedding ... Also I have inquired 2 wedding planner for 75 pax . And still haven't confirm anything yet . So many things in my mind and don't know where to start . Inquired blue waters directly and got their quotes then after few email communications we received the contract and still not sure if this is the best package. Anyway , I'll just focus my gown now on where to get it. I'm not base in Cebu anymore since 2008 but I'd love to get married in Cebu . This is is my first time here and just registered. cheers
