I agree. You do get what you pay for. Anyway, if nag tipid jud ta, pwede raman ka mokuha anang mga rowhouses pero you should re-inforce the structures. Mogasto lang jud nuon ka just for added safety.

I thought it should be hollow blocks. Are styrofoam+finishing+thin steel bars used for constructing walls up to the standards?

Ang mga developers sir sa construction, although maka interfere sila sa budget sa building, dili kaayu sila ka interfere sa mga materyales nga gamiton ug dapat na uyon sad sa gi design sa structural engineer ilang gi buhat. dili man pwede usbon ang design kung walay pirma sa structural engineer.. so in reality gamay2x ra ug power ang developer ana once ma sugdan na using the design of the engineer samot nag nakatunga na.

Okay raman na sila sir kay dili man load bearing ang wall (I assume sad nga naay beams ug columns ang structure)... ang hollow blocks man sad sir kay dili man sad jud na siya structural ang nature ana so parehas rana sila matumpag or mu crack kung mag linog but with minimal effect to the strength of the structure.
