If Duterte is supporting them, doesn't that means that he is paying them as well?
I really don't care if your WERE a past victim or not, a Call Center agent or not, what matters most is:

Would you rather choose and have your college kid walk 8pm in a dark alley somewhere in this city, with 80-90% chance of getting nabbed, raped and harassed?

Or would you choose someone to do the job and instill fear to those PLANNING to do the crime, and your kid walks at night in a dark alley with 0-1% chance of getting victimized or killed?

I'd choose the 0-1% chance, but if the reaon being is because people being killed, I'd rather go to 80-90% chance, since I know how to avoid being mugged or robbed, or whatever you call it.

Mapatay palang nuon akong anak kay napagkamalan og criminal, since they don't do due process, how would they know na criminal ilang gipatay. Have you ever thought of that?

This is where you are wrong. You can read past comments in this thread.

The vigilante program is reviewed, studied, and organized in multiple levels, di ni basta2x nga kablit2x lang sa pusil. If you know someone in the DDS, you'll understand.

I still commend Mayor Duterte for having the balls to protect his constituents from these offenders.

It's like he's telling the criminals,
"One false move and you're down!"
