I just heard the news today that LTO Director Alex Leyson was relieved of his position because of the number of cases wherein smuggled cars are being ILLEGALLY registered here in Cebu...other offices in Cebu like Mandaue and Talisay will also be investigated...

Lagot kayo ko sa LTO Mandaue. nag pa renew kog OR/CR last year and ang sticker na gihatag ky 2006 pa. now, just recently, i discovered na mapalit d ay na sa mga fixers ang sticker para sa plate numbers. so unsa may pasabot ana? ang ihatag nila nga sticker sa mga legit nga mubayad ky daan na and then ang new ipamaligya?

I am really excited what i get this year basin 2007 pa nga sticker bisan 2008 na.
