dili tanan makuha sa squats and lunges...it depends sa biomechanics and anthropometry or sa structure sa imong lawas. dili tanan squat ma activate nimu imong gluteal muscles...hip thrusts or glute bridges siguro akong ma suggest... google lang unsaon ...

Agree ko sa squats. Lunges pod. I find running helps firm up the glutes because it engages the glutes (core) and the muscles sa likod sa thigh. Kana if sakto pod imo running form.
Pero dapat di unta targeted exercise ang himoon. Kadugayan training kay mo firm up raman imo lawas, apil ang derriere![]()

girls should try being on top during chungkang...kay kng mag higda ang girl mag chungkang, ma flat sa cge push ig chungkaling...so better be on top..
