Still it doesn't prove that the Sinister Six is going to be on the movie. All six of them could appear in the movie but as their individual selves. The trailer features prominently Electro fighting Spidey by himself. It looks very unlikely that the villains are teaming up on Spidey on this one. It's not Sinister Six if it isn't a team.
