One fact remains constant...we in the healthcare industry are underpaid.

For the last five years...the total salary increase i've gotten is more or less 1000.

Rates in healthcare services continue to increase...guess the strong peso is not giving these hospital owners reason to make their services affordable.
Mao ni problema natu, maniguro rata sa atung kaugalingun. Di raman health care ang underpaid HALOS tanan sector underpaid. So we should unite for the improvement of our COUNTRY as a whole di kay atung field ra atung cguruhun.

Daghan currency ang ni appreciate karun, Latest in Asia is Thailand. Apil sad ang Korea, Taiwan Phil and other countries like Columbia Romania etc etc... its a matter of how each government will step up to counter the effect of rising currency.

I think what Makie was referring was to equip ourselves for new career shift which is one of the things we can do in order to find better job and working opportunities. Since we all know that how other people are competitive enough now a days. So your edge would be your experience and vast wide knowledge of things to surpass them and the quality of your work.

So kung daghan kag nakamaho.an dali raka kitag trabaho if your current company will be closed due to the strong currency issue.

Double blackeye na hinoon ang kahimtang nato ani kay if you apply abroad inig convert nimo sa imo sweldo nga imo gipa dala diri pinas gamay kay gamay man ang value.

If ari pud ka trabaho then ma hire ka og BPO company gamay nasad sweldo kay strong naman daw atong peso economy much worse ma close and company pa hinoon.

exactly true. You can learn a lot of language but you can appreciate one or two and that's those are the one's you will use when it comes to implementing something. The bad side of self study is that you still seek proper guide especially when it comes to clarifications and enlightenment.

Since you can understand something based on the example and explanation of others like the instructor/ teacher that will be teaching you. But then again kudos to self dedication when it comes to learning things while using the resources what we have.

dako manig tabang ang mga BPO og call center companies since it reduces the unemployment rate diri sa ato. Imagine one company alone have more than 20k employees. And they are still expanding and hiring more employees.
