As for me there's no given time as to when a person can get married. You know it's time when you're financially and emotionally stable. ME and my husband married after 9 years.

not too long nor too short...knowing somebody takes a lifetime. as long as u can take the risk and knows how to face consquences of ur decisions, then y wait? hey, dont ignore d financial side of it coz u need to raise a family somehow!
