    Unsa inyong ika tambag sa mga babae sir, gusto mag start workout? tapolan jud kaayo ko mag workout. Was it hard for you guys to get started? I've tried so many different things...p90x, Zumba, insanity etc etc even had a personal trainer at one point...pero akong na observe, maayo ra ko sa sinugdanan then after a while, mapul-an man ko. I told my trainer once, can't we do easier routines, ones that don't require me to expend so much energy? Ingon pud siya, being fit and healthy is not easy. It requires Hard Work. If it were easy, he said, Oprah would have done it, with all the money at her disposal, pero mismo Oprah daw ga lisod maintain healthy weight. Makes sense man pud iyang gi ingon.

    I don't really have a specific day to do my exercise. I just change it up & do what I feel like as long as it's different workouts.

    Insanity
    Les Mills Pump
    Cycle class
    Run outdoor/treadmill

    I'm not 1 of those girls that like Zumba or dancing stuff coz I like intense workouts...lol

    I'm planning to do a crossfit training.Not to bulk up but to get a lil lean but still look feminine

    nindot btaw nah cyag abs...hehehehe...wa ko ka try px90...naka human ko insanity before karn gi mix nalng nako tanan para di ko ma board Kay kn di ko ganahan sa class sa gym sa balay ra ko mag work out...gusto ra nako nindot abs ug proportion ako lawas Kay petite bya ko...hahaha...
