u want to loan 150k - it needs a collateral bro...terms and conditions should not be unilateral, should be agreed by both parties, if not to be imposed by the creditor. .
students want to avail loan? i doubt but there are exceptions - 1 is u f hv ur collateral, 2 credit standing, etc...

for example for a loan amount of 100k and payment term of, say, 24 months Chinatrust 1.49% interest
[(100k * 0.0149 * 24) + 200k] / 24 = 9823.33 per month for 24 months
If i am not mistaken... your interest would be around 5.7% fixed per month ryt if P9823.33/ month? instead of the 1.49% you have just said which should be around P5656.66/mo for 24mos.... correct me if i'm wrong...
