I just came back from japan. Ofcourse I ate my favorite steak in ogikubo.
Its near the station north exit beside a philippine night club. This steakhouse has been there for more than 20 years. I haven't eaten any good steak here yet even outback is not good.

Try Ginza or Nonki (JCentre mall branch), they serve wagyu steaks there, kinda pricey since they are wagyu but really good

They are wagyu coz I know they are being supplied by snake river farms, but I'm not sure about the grade or class of the meat.. coz I know even with wagyu steaks, there still are different grades.. cguro those are low grade ra pud coz people not too familiar with wagyu will not be able to notice ra man pud

snake river farms is american meat afaik. Maybe similar to class D japaneese meat.
That one in the picture 3350 yen is class C.
Class A is around 10000-15000 yen. I've only eaten it once in my life. Lol

Yup american so definitely not the same class as Japanese kobe/wagyu but for Cebu/local standards, I think they're already pretty good, of course can't compare them to the ones in Japan hehehe

Just tried Azabu. Hidden away near Pancakehouse across jy grocery.
The price is high and I doubt they will survive cebu environment.
The food is great and authentic.
