.. im into Silva Technique. it's for developing your clairvoyance and controlling your mind consciously. Been doing it since high school. I reached it's highest level of meditation back then but when college life arrived, toink, i slowly ran out of juice on meditation, got too preoccupied with "other things". It's very simple really, just close your eyes and silently countdown from 100 hundred to 1, but make sure to visualize the numbers as vividly as you can. First 10 days, 100, next days 50 - 1, then 25 - 1, then 10 - 1... i'm planning to go at it again. it can work wonders.
