    advise lang nako nimo nohh. Since every month man ka mag shifting. Kung this month night shift ka. Ayaw jud usba imo tulog inig weekends. E maintain jud na nimo imu tulog for the whole month.. Kay grabe kaayo nag stress mahatag sa imu lawas if imu pirmi usbon ang sleeping time nimo bai.. Mag cge og adjust imu lawas ana..
    And make sure 7 hours+ imu tulog, if ganahan ka dili dali magkasakit..



    Kasuway ko ani. Dugay2x nako gabii trabaho og buntag matulog.

    Para sa katong hilig mag gym..

    Lifting weights or doing abdominal workouts doesn't make the belly fat go away.. or at least not as fast as doing cardio like jogging, biking, etc.

    If ganahan mo mugamay inyo abs pag jog mo 20-30 mins at least.

    Most effective kay lifting weights + cardio

    ayaw usba imu body clock bisan pag RD ka para dili bug-at ang feeling sa first day of work..bisan pag naa ky lakaw on your RD..as much as possible, e follow ang time stamps sa imu sleeping time ug times na mata ka just like naa ky trabaho..para walay sudden changes bah..mao mn na lka stress para sa ko..

    Coitus as much as you want TS. Eat low sat and low fat diet. and make sure you sleep well and drink plenty of fluids. Ingredients for a healthy lifestyle for people working in nightshifts.

    i am a coffee addict, somehow it helps me. 2 cups a day, adding more years to your lifetime.

    bitaw ts since stressful kaau nang imong work kay graveyard shift man ka, try to have ample of time for rest and relaxation... then do some exercise...

    and adding to my lists for living a healthy lifestyle: To allocate fund for at least once a month Weekend Vacation. Beach or out of town - to help me unplugged from work-stress and city-stress.
