First, you need to stick on the boring plan.
Every other day, Jog at least 5KM / 30 minutes jog at 10KM/hr speed.
take full breakfast, lite snax, wheat bread lunch, lite snax and lightest dinner.
Do it for 1 month.
You will see the result dayun. Trust me.
And para di bug-at idagan, ayaw kaon ug meat except fish. but dapat minimal lang. try organic for 2 weeks.
