    First, you need to stick on the boring plan.
    Every other day, Jog at least 5KM / 30 minutes jog at 10KM/hr speed.
    take full breakfast, lite snax, wheat bread lunch, lite snax and lightest dinner.
    Do it for 1 month.
    You will see the result dayun. Trust me.
    And para di bug-at idagan, ayaw kaon ug meat except fish. but dapat minimal lang. try organic for 2 weeks.

    ako na ni gamay ko tan-awn pero sa timbangan wala man ko ni ubos.. nganu mana? daghan man mu ingon ni daut daw ko pero sa timbang mao rama? hahaha

    kinsa kasuway no exercise and no diet(normal eating lang) for 1 month mo gain ba og weight

    You gained mass bai. Nag weights ka? Or stress lang ka? Kay if stress ka posible nga musag imong nawng then mura kag daot tanawn ana. Ive been receiving compliments nga nidaot ko, then sa stress tuod to kay lupyak kaayo ug nawng. But di ko ganahan ilaron akong self, so I still strive hard nga naa juy official nga reference nga nidaot ko.

    But if nag weights ka, or nag workout, posible nga ang fats na convert to mass. But normally if that is the case, muagi paman kag daot ana, then gain dayun kag muscles.

    kung normal imong kinan-an, stable rana imong weight. basta imong pagkaon dili high sa cholesterol/calories.

    but you have to take note nga imong metabolism while your growing old, magka hinay sad.

    Posible pud na bai sa genes. kabantay ka sa mga insik, bisag unsaon ug kaon, mga gagmay kaayo tanawn?

    Kung dakoon jud mo ug kaliwat, tendency, mudako sad jud ka. Lisud mamunga ug santol ang kaymito, so ang storya sa uban, basin di applicable nimo.

    ni try ko og stop og exercise. pero same lang ako gikaon. ni gain ko og 3 pounds in 2 weeks.

    wala man sad ko nag exercise gyud.. nag bike noun ko pero wala man ko control sa kaon.. hehehe.. pero naturally dako gyud amo built oi.. lisod kaau pa gamay.. kasulay ko sauna na gamay gyud ko pero nawala ang core strength nku.. lampa kaau ko

    pakit-on tika sa akong mga igsoon bai. Ako ang pinaka nipis. Unya na kay bawal mag access FB sa office. hehe. Apilon pa nako akong mga pagumangkon, murag ako manghud nila. hahaha

    kanang 30KM nga bike bai is equivalent to 5KM na dagan ra na. mas kapoi pa gani ang dagan. at least sa bike makapahuway man ka.

    basta magsugod naka ug exercise bai, forever nana. hehehe. di nana jud nimo undangan. sama ragud na sa sakyanan, undangi ug change oil/hugas/tune up, di ba kay guba na.
