HUMANA TANAN. balik ta ani sa CHARGE TO EXPERIENCE. then after 1 week.. naa napod mabiktima... pastilan. pagmata mo mga BUYERS. pls lng. samok au ning mga thread sigeg up aning bad seller.. kita buyer dapat magbantay pirmi. mopalit gani magsure jd.

Learn from my experience if Meet2x gani let the buyer bring 2 valid ID's and take a photo of it.. for assurance and the fact that okay niya then salig cya sa items niya

@juniorkilat: Grown men speak for themselves. Unless you were at the actual transaction, you have no right to say the things that you said (bayota baba, nag ilis butang=tikasan). Isug ra kaayo ka bai. If you really want to help resolve this matter:

1. Refund the p400 (remember you voluntered to do so...or baba rba toh?
2. Tell your good friend of many years to come to this thread and make good of his word!

It's not about the money bai...it's the principle behind it. I don't know why ppl are saying gami rana...are you kidding? For some in this country that's 2x minimum wage here...that's 2 days work. I could list 25 things i could do with p400! Basin dato ra kaayo mo kai gi gamayan rama ug p400.

Your argument is:"Why not test the item first before buying?"
You have your point, but even you have tested the item, i don't think you'll have enough time to test the item thoroughly on that instance.
if you haven't, for sure you'll be asking for a personal warranty for that case.
what if, you'll find out that the item you have bought has some defect (or lets say dali ra ma lowbat, which is dili dayon nimo nakita if full charge igka meetup ninyo). then the buyer will not honor the personal warranty given.
Wouldn't you be doing the same thing the TS has done, let the istorya community know about it.

that is my first and foremost option..., what if he tell's you that he lives in "Asturias"?, this is why ngano paghuman ug palit nako kay nagkarag-karag intawn ko uli just to make it fast as to test the darn items.

as I've said..., I'm in the spirit of good/honest/fair buying/selling and he did 'promised' a day of warranty.
