Phat Thursday's Halo Halo is the best in Cebu City!!!..it's a flavored ice..lami kaau...its worth the pay!

really? I have seen from the menu that they have.. i should try it next time.. i only had the fries and burger when I went there this week. And the iced tea was already yumm!

halo2 ni sasao sa opao mandaue...bisan ang mga ouano suki na nila...gabii ra sad mamaligya (8pm-1am)...20 na ka tuig sila nagbaligya...lami gyud kay si sasao mismo ang naghimo sa ingredients...barato pa gyud kaayo kay tag 25 lang.....

We can definitely try Melton's - that's in Pardo but I haven't been there for quite a while now.

Ice Castle's is also good.

Chowking? I have tried once and I think it was a bad experience because the ice was not well crushed, too big for halo-halo.
