    oatmeal, less rice and rice equivalents, more on fiber, more fruits and vegies, more lean meat, focus on tuna or any other meal na fish. Sit ups aren't as effective in getting rid of the belly kay your belly is made up of fats and fats is stored energy. No matter how many sit-ups you do, you can never change adipose tissue(belly) to muscle(abs). Take note that your abs is a large erect muscle located UNDER your belly so you need to burn all that fat to expose your muscles. So the best way to get rid of fats or stored energy is to exercise. When you do sit-ups, you only develop your abs but they are still covered by your fats. I read an article a few months back that if you focus on the leg muscle groups when exercising, it is far more effective in getting rid of the infamous belly. This is because when you use your legs more, the more energy you burn due to the fact that there are far more muscles in your legs compared to any other part of your body and your leg muscles are also very large and extensive to support your own body weight. e.g. anti-gravity muscles

    ayaw palabi kaon sa gabie kay ting.tolog naman na..mas nndot if mukaon ka sayo sa dinner para mahilis pa imong gpang kaon... limit pod pi kaon ug rice kay mao na mka patambok...maski wla exercise effective na bro..

    Kulang ka sa cleansing and digestion.
    Chlorevita and Lesofat is good for slimming and digesting.

    so meaning more on legs exercise lang jud ko? like leg curl or leg press then i lessen lang ang abdominal exercise?

    ako gi take nga supplement man bro kay weider nga fat burner dili kaayu grabe compared to hydroxcyut pero mao lage 2 weeks nako nag wait for results wa man gihapon. ni loose kog 1lb within 1 week pero pag cheat day nako ni gain na nuon kog 3 lbs

    disiplina tun-i TS, less rice, ayaw ug e tingob2x imo kaon, okie ra mukaon permi ug ginagmay kysa imong e full blast ug ka usa, work out permi, or jogging and drink plenty of water, ayaw sad anang mga sugar/carbonated drinks...
