is this updated? I mean, I went there to your office in SM (primary homes) and the computation that I got was 16k for 36 months, remaining balance(999,300) through pagibig. Im more interested on the computation you have here where the loanable amount is bigger so that my monthly payment in the next 36 months is not that high. thanks
