    - Watch your temperament, keep a healthy & positive outlook on life.

    - Exercise your brain too

    - Regular check-up with the doctor - blood sugar/cholesterol levels, etc. (depende sa age mo or family history)

    Yow guys...
    I'm a lil bit chubby before but now nislim nako because of diet and exercise but my problem is with my belly fats(bibil ba..) naa pa gihapon gamay.... Any advise para dali mawala?... sit ups... leg raises... etc. did not work..

    brod that's the last one to go away. pgsearch lang sige naa ka mabasahan na mga articles ana. MAO na sya ang fats na dugay jud. keep doing what ur doing mawala lang jud na hehehe. ako medyo layo pa para makita pero ok ra antos lang jud kay ngpalabi manta sa una ug pakals ug inom mao na hehehe

    na ako naa nay treadmill diri pero unsaon man ning sukad pa 8AM nag sige mang ug dokdok....haaayyy

    My usual routine:

    Exercise
    Limit my diet (not too much and not too little)
    As much as possible, I eat healthy foods (more of fruits and veggies)
    I drink beer on weekends. In moderation

    used to play a sport.. now i go to abellana to jog.. i try mo jog everyday. pero tapolan jud ko sometimes.
