i did swimming, running/jogging, biking. But lately, i fell inlove with RUCKING. It's an exercise done by military servicemen, it's just walks but you have to carry a rucksack. The heavier, the more calories you burn. As of now, i follow the 10% weight plus of your bodyweight.

i would greatly encourage everyone to perform exercise. physical activity is very good i cannot stress it enough. it regulates your blood pressure and keeps the weight down.

plus it is proven to prevent certain types of cancer.

if you wanna go down on a deeper understanding, did my research.

basically regular exercise will prevent obesity which is a very common causes of diabetes and colon cancer.
exercise increases your mitochondria in your cells. mitochondrions are the power plants of your cells.
mitrochondria performs apoptosis, which is the programmed death of your cells. basically it controls your cells.
in case you don't know, cancer is basically an anomaly where your cells don't die and just keeps multiplying and replicates until it becomes a tumor.

hope you have a good understanding of how good exercise is.

doesn't matter if your running or walking or dancing. any physical exercise will do. bisan gani daw maglakawlakaw ka sa mall for 4 hours a week will do good for you. bisan lakawlakaw ka sa colon pwede ra kaayo. just always have a good physical activity. it is good for the heart too

keeps the brain healthy too. naay study which links regular physical activity with brain health.
