    they're (middle easterns) usually the kind of people that are very easy to deal with. they can be sarcastic sometimes, but dili sila tupperware like most people. they tend to speak what's in their minds---openly and honestly---which is good.

    Unfortunately, the protesters have a long, uphill--even impossible--climb ahead of them. They may not succeed in changing the regime, at least this time out.

    But the Guardian Council and Ahmadinejad must have had a rude awakening.

    Sorry to disagree with you but I don't see the comparison, executions done in America is atoms compared to apples in Iran, at least America doesn't execute protesters anymore, unlike the Iranian government which still promotes it up to today after the Iranian Revolution.

    i'm not comparing IRAN to AMERICA. afterall, i love America as a country.

    i was just merely stating the fact that once upon a time, the US did this sort of thing to its citizens.
