    The place is called Thai-Asian Cuisine de Cebu, so dili tanan dishes thai.

    Went there last weekend, I definitely recommend the pad thai and tom yum soup. Wasn't able to order he vietnamese spring rolls kay kelangan daw advance order.

    yep yep! I just don't know how advance we should make the order. On my favorite Vietnamese resto, orders are made 1-2 days prior man. But it's also good since that means we'll really be getting fresh stuffs.

    pardon for my naivete but why there should be an advance order of the the viet spring rolls?
    This is something new to me though being that I've tried fusion of Malay, Thai, Viet in one...

    one of the main ingredients of Vietnamese spring roll is fresh lettuce and fresh thai basil and/or mint so they can't really stock up on those stuffs because they need to be fresh and I doubt that they get orders for the VSP frequently that's why they really need to control buying the ingredients for that meal to avoid wastage. That means the only way to ensure your VSP's freshness and avoiding wasting fresh ingredients is for customers to order in advance.
