as said, the funding institution will create and sustain livelihood prgrams..not feed..and if super achiever ka..it is an expectation that with the newly campaign of improved values..you will have more heart for the poor and your excess assets is a testament of your being a model Filipino. let's try to apply it on some aspect. you have a motorbike that is about to be defective. of course, you want your motorbike to work at its best, though it is working as it should be yet, however, you know it's about to be defective! so you rather go to a shop where they handle motorbike maintenance. and those guys in the shop would say it needs some kind of improvement in the gears, in the parts of the motorbike itself!
