precisely! so u feel the heat reading this topic? then why do u keep coming back and keep reacting incoherently?

to quote u further, "...90% against ur theory anway thanks sa imo TS na alarmed me tanan also mga buy n sell".

u must be a statistician bro. so, do u keep records, don't u? seems like ur certain and very specific as to the percentage (90%) of the people who replied in this thread. so why can't u apply that attitude to ur trading business?

i agree with ur proposal to shift to bayabas vending instead to skip the hassle of issuing receipt. GO GO GO! that wud be most apt to u bro!

well, the ts has the point. it's a warning to all buyers here like me. but this is the kind of argument that only the buyers can decide. wala manay mahimo ang seller kun dili modayon og palit ang buyer.
for two years, gapalit kog phone here sa istorya unya kun dili nako ganahan, ako ra sad i sell or trade, puli na sad og lain, medyo pul anon man sad ko gud. for that 2 years experienced with a total of 50 plus (56 to be exact) transactions, there are only 6 who were able to provide me an official receipt. tsk, tsk, tsk.

base sa ako experience, klaro kaayo nga ang mga tawo dili jud kaayo kamao mo tipig og receipt. og kasagaran ako na transact, mga student halos. possible ang phone nila hinatg jud na sa parents. og ang resibo la na gihatg og apil.

well either way, korek ang ts, korek sad ang buy and sell guys here. In business especially buy and sell, maka provide na sila og receipt but not the original one pag purchase sa original owner, but their company receipt.

og daghan sad ga buy and sell dinhi nga sa ila lang kaugalingon nga business. ginagmay pa ba. so looy sad ang mga honest buy and sell guys here kun pugson jud sila pag apil ang original reciept sa first owner. i think their own reciept will do kun kinahanglan jud.

And AGAIN, ang point lang sa TS here is to warn the buyers with some advice (the TS Guidelines for the buyers)

pero mao sad lagi, daghan ma create nga questions about TS rules, tsk tsk.

reality check, isa na lang jud klaro dinhi nga dili na malalis "buy at your own risks:"

    HAHAHHA!! samoka ani...

TS: for me honestly, murag ganahan ka mawagtang ni ang buy and sell section dnhi sa istorya coz you know na 90-95% of sellers here don't provide original receipts.. we buy phones here coz we find it cheaper than other sources.. our intent is not supporting thieves.. syempre crisis na ta rn.. ngano ad2 man ka palit sa mahal kng naay barato.. practicalay lang ba.. as what i've said from my previous post.. it's d buyer's own risk if he buys items without receipt..

don't worry coz si Lord na bahala anang mga kawatan..

    i respect ur opinion.

if any of ur relatives get raped or bludgeoned to death (God forbid!), do u think u just shrug off ur shoulder and don't seek justice because u just leave it to God? this is ridiculous bro!

my point is, let's act our ass out to help curb the phone thievery. secular law and God's law are not one and let's not trivialize this matter.

anyways, the way u said it, u assume that i know 90-96% of sellers here don't provide receipts. pls read thru this thread from the start and i didn't mention of any knowledge as to the percentage of sellers who don't provide receipts.

as a merchant, u r d catalyst of change in helping to curb the trading of stolen phones. being practical is another thing. yes, amen to that. but abetting to crime is another thing. buying a stolen phone (whether knowingly or unknowingly), is still a crime! i hope u get me.

do u think ud be grinning from ear to ear if the blackberry of ur sister or mother or anyone dear to u was snatched and u discovered later it was pawned for half its price n d pawnshop?

sensible man tnang taw! and since we are in a democratic country we can say what we want to say

are we cool? im cool! he had a point! THIS IS ONLY A REMINDER man kha! but nganu murag naa ko nabasahan nga NO RECEIPT NO DEAL? asa nman ang BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK ani nabutang?

can you blame pawnshops or those people nga nag kandalisod jud unya kinahanglan ug kaau ug kwarta for emergency then ibaligya nila ang ilang unit for a cheaper price.

    let's try this:

c A - nagka problema lets just say EMERGENCY, (sample nasunug ang ilang balay!)tapos all he have left is the cellphone whom his sister gave him on his birthday, which let's just say mahalon kaau, (sample nokia 5110 or HTC HD 2) wala na cla makaon.... lets just say naa cla sa starving era now to have a quick money, options comes in (ibaligya ang phone or i-prenda ang phone) to think nga ang tnang acc sa phone lets just say apil recibo kai kai TANAN man dba? apil sa sunog! ni provide pud bya to cla ug fire kai kan-on man jug cla sa kayo! so ani, ad2 xa sa pawnshop (gamay rman dawat kai 5110 nman lng na) so 2nd option is ibaligya sa kaila or dri sa istorya in a lesser prize!
    - now since ala man xa recibo? can we tell that A is selling a stolen NOKIA 5110? f not what is he selling?
does the NO RECEIPT NO DEAL apply on this matter? OR the DON'T BUY STOLEN PHONES! IF IN DOUBT, OPT OUT! there's nothing complicated apply on this matter? .....

    eng eng eng eng eng.....

reality check reality check reality check!

bitaw if duda jud gani mo sa item, back out nalang! ana lang, either relo,cp,laptop, kalo, tshrt, pants, shoes, sandal, any item na kadudahan, back out! donut bai!, i mean do not buy!

    @redjvshopnshop

it's clear that u don't understand very well. u can keep all arguments here for me to read. thanks for ur opinions and propositions for arguments but there must be a proper place for that.

just keep doing what is legal and just. don't usurp others. don't perpetrate the wrong presumption based on the propositions u presented above. consult a lawyer if u want.

yes, DON'T BUY STOLEN PHONES. IF IN DOUBT, OPT OUT!

NO RECEIPT, NO DEAL! what's ur problem with it? aim ur arguments to ur buyer if he applies that principle to u. peace bro!
