How come the US and other countries all over the world can track these people man kuno? naa rana sa software and hardware, sure ko. nya what about 2nd hand laptops? what if I buy a 2nd hand laptop and I commit a cybercrime, kato gihapon original owner ang madakpan, dili bah? ka dako sa market for 2nd hand laptops ah.
