yes, it is safe since you're at the menstrual stage (there is no egg in the oviduct that the sperm can fertilize); however, there are VERY RARE cases that preganancy can occur either by having a "super" sperm in your system..this type of sperm usually stays viable for about a week or so and can potentially fertilize an ovum that gets released early from the ovary.
it's a good idea to have that extra protection though (condom) because it only takes ONE SPERM to fertilize ONE egg.. and boom.. you're pregnant

Then, if gusto mo kanang clean and safe, first day after sa last mens, up to 7th day... if gusto mog mas safer, 1-5 days, payter na cia..
