bai i have experience nga ni ni nipis akong buhok. at first nakulbaan ko kay tingali pattern baldness na to.. but i reviewed everything that i do everyday.. naka realize ko nga tungod cguro to sa akong lifestyle nga tagdugay matulog, wala ko proper hair care, way tarong kaon kay tua nlng cge computer cge dula dota. akong pagkaon cge nlng fried chicken, gamay ra au ako tubig imnun per day, nya cge kalo2... but when i started changing my lifestyle ni balik na ug labong ako buhok.. then ok na daun..
