sa HP mao ni ila solusyon:

1. return with a full refund..hp will be the one to pay for the shipping fee.

2.customer has the option to have a different pc comparable to their sandy bridge pc..hp will refund whatever the price difference.

3.customer can wait for the new sandy bridge once the new sandy bridge is available Hp will replace their pc that has the old sandy bridge..
