i've read an article sa time recently...studies show daw that studying at night is much better than studying anytime during the day....sleep has something to do with it, mas maretain nimo...

as for me... drink lang jud og coffee... as in... nya kung feel nako na giduka na ko... hunong sa kadyot nya... tan.aw tv... or minaw music... daun... tuon balik....

Kung katulgun na ka. Padayun ug tuon nga ga Tindog! Kung matagak na gali imong study material or murag mo buckle down na imong tuhod, It is high time to sleep. Any attempt to study at this point is not only useless but also counter-productive. Tulog dayun kung makamata sayo. Basa napud.
Use other study strategies that will save you sleep time. Recording some notes and listening or just playing them without concious effort to study. Make small notes that you can take and read anwhere(except during the exams hehehe). Sa jeep, sa banyo, practically anywhere and anytime nga layo pa imong exam.
