all i can say is focus ... its all up to you on which will you choose .. career or comfort, checkout if the goal of the company is in line with your personal goal, if not dont take it and if your already there get out as what the previous poster said and if it is then go for it.

as we all know people are rational ... to trim it down we people learn, manage & relate in different ways its up to us on how do we want to learn, manage and relate. we may want to learn the easy way but we are left behind. we may wanted to be manage the easy and fun way but we arent productive and we may want to relate to others as much as we can but we cant please every body.

a hr manager now a vp once said to me that some IT people price them selves after learning a simple select * query or a hello world message box.

mongol, if you are applying for a job. Just make sure that you will not be under the powers of JCN, or John Clark Naldoza. I can say that because it happened to me when my current employer asked me who is my superior from my previous employer, then when I said it was JCN, he laughed at me. Well I can't help it but to laugh also. ahihihihihi

All: In fairness of iComm, the company gives big salary to those people who deserves it (except the name above - yes its John Clark). Their salary is even higher than some IT company, their entry level might be low for fresh grad but if you can prove your worth then they will give you your desired pay, I agree with the previous poster that some IT guys demands unreasonable prices its because they knew how to do "Hello World". Again just imagine this, as Useless as JCN receives greater than 75K in bigfoot, how much more in iComm Just imagine how much he is receiving there, so I can say iComm can pay as big as you wanted. But in JCNs case, they mage a huge mistake. I heared that iComm higher Management "loves" him so much.

femmefatale: As you said in your previous post that he fits to work in a call center or a sales agent. The question is did the higher management of iComm knows about his style? I guess not because they favored him so much. Or maybe they just doesn't listen to their rank and file employees who have been complaining about this matter. Or the iComm higher management knows the problem but they don't know how to handle this matter.

All iComm departments has a common denominator they don't like the STYLE of JCN. People from iComm and ex-iComm are not trying to push to the higher management that his salary will be cutt off or fire him, all they want is to let him change on how he handle his people and to be worthy for the price that iComm pays for him.

First of all, IComm is a great company to work for especially if you're a car enthusiast.

Second, I'm JCN - John Clark Naldoza. I've been suspended at NEC, once, for coming in late too many times (due to doing too much overtime to some project). I never got to 75k in Bigfoot, maybe you've got your financial information mixed up. I have rubbed some of my guys the wrong way, and even some people on other teams as well... perhaps you're telling me none of you have ever rubbed anyone the wrong way in your professional life?

Third, if you feel I have taken you "thunder" or what you have done and "owned" it as my own please send me an email njclark@gmail.com and we can set up a meeting wherein we can discuss this out of the office with drinks, my treat. And there have been times I "owned" a release, specifically when there was something wrong that happenned (perhaps it would've been better not to own such a product and fed my group to the wolves?)

Finally, if you feel I am useless. Kindly let me know why directly and specifically, don't hide in generalizations or the power of the rumour mill, so that you and I may be able "learn" from it properly. If you'd like to vent off steam for the sake of making you feel good, that's fine and that's your business.
