Naa times katong wa juy internet for a week. Then if try nako ug tawag, mo ring siya but maputol kay sapawan sa operator.

na mao jud.. wala claro ning technical support sa globe oi paasahon lang ka kapoy ra bah tagalog unya wala man d i muanha sa inyoa.. wala jud claro lami kaau mag switch ug bayantel kaso nasa lock in period pa ko

ok ra man ang globe technical support, 1 year nako nga subscriber unya kaduha na naguba ang modem moabot ra man sila 2-3 days unya ok na dayon

heavy ka bati ilang customer service and technical support until now. HAHAHA! everythings scripted kaau nd wala tingali na silay q.a about unsa gyud ilang buhaton. minus pa gyud kaau ang customer service here sa cebu kay bisag bisaya ang language spoken mu stutter gehapun.

i lost my internet connection for more than 24hours for no reason at all nya ang amu neighbor naa, weird. pagtawag nkos hotline nila kay wa silay matubag nko.. they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes pa gyud. nka 4 nako ka calls in 1 day until gesapot ko sa kung last call i demanded to speak to der manager deretsu nd asked for a rebate. i used to work for a call center so i know how it feels to be on the other end, and ma compare ra gyud nemo oie. they lack training and infos on what to do and how to handle issues. ila permi tubag kay efollow lang namu and tawagan ra daw ka if okee na, but they never call you.

ug akong rebate tawn na last year pa, hangtud karun wala pa gyud. cge lang kag ingnun na ge follow-up na mam. faet kaau! utong nlng sa for now kay hasta patang2x sa ilang service kay nay cancellation fee.
