try this : key in : LTO space VEHICLE space PLATE NUMBER (just make the alpha numberic into one word) and then send to 2600. That's the LTO network. (I have smart phone. might not work in globe)

there was one instance gasunod ko ug ceres bus unahan sa argao ... LTO replied back that that plate number was issued to a PUJ plying the Guadalupe route. wtf !!!
