    Nice option dude. Chopping woods is definitely a great entire body exercise! Wish I can do it here in our place. Its old school but effective. Even celebrities do this for total physical fitness. Fetching waters?! did this for years back in the province. Hehe! Those were the days! Its a great exercise too!

    para nko...try not just to sit in front of ur computer bro, instead mag stay ka for 3 hrs cut it like 1 hr n lng k mag pc everyday...
    pra gnahan k mag cardio nga medyo malingaw pd ka,try ask someone nga mokuyog nmo pra di k laayon. maybe walking at the mall will do for ur first level... then if feel nmo medyo ok na try workout with som1 pra medyo naa ky kumpetensya ky medyo boring if kaw lng isa if dli nmo passion ang mgpa fit...

    ako pud ganahan ko mamugha ug kahoy...tan.awn naku asa kutob akong functional strength than by just lifting weights. i tried before nag hakut ug sand and gravel kapoy man pud diay sakit sa hawak even though sige paku deadlift. wala naman pud kahoy diri sa city oy na pwede bughaon.hehe.

    malingaw raku hakut tubig bisag naa tubig sa amua. akong e try ug puno among gamay nga fishpond. kapoy pud oy pero lingaw.hehehe.tripping lang gud usually sunday morning.

    if there's a well, there's a water..lol do some household choirs, limpyu sa room ba ron, map sa floor, sweep, or whatsoever nga malimpyu ang house..
