there can be different views to this, there's no wrong answer for this, people who say NO may have not been through the same situation as to those how have said YES.

For me lang ha, i did it, and i did not run away from the responsibility, i accepted the fact nga there's gonna be a risk, kung mag buhat naman lamang gud ug PMS and if you say its an act of love, then why use condoms? If you really love your person and you feel like you can't hold back, do it with sincerity, with love, and with the knowledge nga no matter what the consequences are you're ready to face them.
